Regional Sales Manager - North East Region

For the North American Hub of Elumatec, based in South Bend, IN, with a headcount of 30 + people, we are looking for a results-driven:

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

This position will be responsible for managing the complete sales process; from generating leads to closing sales, managing contact with existing customers and developing new commercial partnerships.

Duties will include working with prospects and customers to determine needs, answer questions about Elumatec’ s products and recommend the right solutions.

You will:

• Contact customers directly to build productive relationships
• Travel as required to the areas covered
• Identify commercial opportunities and plan actions to strengthen the company’s presence with existing and potential customers
• Develop customer relationships allowing you to analyze specific needs and provide the best technical-production solutions
• Achieve the sales department's goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Skills and Experience required:

• A solid, sales background, preferably in the metal or extruded metals industry. Priority given to experience in selling CNC machinery (PVC, aluminum, metal or wood processing
• Proven results in sales with the ability to plan, organize and develop a territory
• Understanding of technical products and the ability to interpret a customer's needs using a consultative approach
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and abilities
• Knowledge of the customers in the window and door and industrial sectors
• Friendly and energetic person with an aptitude to develop interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly assess customer needs
• A strong commercial acumen with an aptitude to focus on results.
